You will need some of these....fresh or frozen
Then, coat Tilapia with butter and then shake, shake, and shake the seasoning on

Drag out the pan that came with your stove....you know the one...the one you NEVER use!!! Well, now you have a reason to dust it off (preferably wash it) and get to cookin.

I served ours with homemade....yes, homemade french fries and slaw. Yum...Yum....The ENTIRE family loves this dish....the boys gobble it up!!!
Broiled Tilapia
fresh or frozen Tilapia
butter or spray butter
seasoning of your choice
Preheat oven to Broil Hi. Coat Tilapia with butter and seasoning on one side. Broil for 6 minutes. Turn over and repeat. Super easy!! Enjoy!
Homemade Slaw
cabbage
cabbage
salt and pepper
diced onion
mayo
dash garlic salt
Mix together.

I'm going to give this a try. I've never cooked fish before, but I'd love to give it a try. Yours look delicious. I may need to borrow your pan though...I don't have one!
