Tabletop Tuesday

This is my first time to join Marty at A Stroll Thru Life for her Tabletop Tuesday. I thought I would share my display on top of the china cabinet in our eating area in the kitchen. I change this often especially with the holidays. I like this arrangement so much that I do not want to replace it with my Easter decor...not even for just a few weeks. :) I love the combination of reds and browns together.
The toile platter was a thrifty find a Hobby Lobby for under 3 bucks. The red transferware plates were purchased at a local antique shop several years ago. The little teapot came from Cracker Barrel several years ago. The candle holders were both a great find on the 80% off isle at Hobby Lobby.

The red transferware tureen was purchased before I ever said "I do"....so I have had it a while. It is perched on top of one of our old song books from church. The other pieces of transferware were purchased from eBay about 5 years ago. The crystal cake plates came from Hobby Lobby.....50% off of course....a gift from mama a few years ago.

The bronze iron bunny is another steal from the 80% isle at Hobby Lobby. What would we do without Hobby Lobby. Our houses would be sooo bare! :)

The monogrammed "B" picture has been in the "secret stash closet" since July '09 patiently waiting for its debut. Drum roll please........

Thanks for stopping by...be sure to check out all the other talented bloggers.
